This position will support the CFO and Controller in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. The position will be responsible for identifying and preventing discrepancies and helping set up control systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production departments to set department budgets.
• Analyze & report budget variances to management.
• Calculate production rates and analyze variances for costing & pricing usage.
• Report production productivity with department leaders.
• Drive inventory accuracy through accurate material costing, inventory testing & reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and comply with accounting policies, procedures, & controls.
• Support internal & external audits.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• SAP experience preferred
