The Financial Analyst will support the CFO and Controller in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. The position will be responsible for identifying and preventing discrepancies and helping set up control systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance of project contracts
• Collaborate with project management to increase project forecast accuracy
• Prepare financial reports relating to project segment performance
• Produce internal financial forecasts & models to assist with decision making
• Develop annual long-term financial plan and monitor actual performance
• Assist in year-end statement preparation and audits
• Participate in internal improvement projects

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• SAP experience preferred
