ISO Internal Auditor Assistant

The primary function will be to assist in preparing for and supporting internal and external ISO and ESG audits, including organizing necessary documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal audits of the management system processes
- Aid in the creation, upkeep, and implementation of ISO standards and ESG practices,
- Maintain organized records of all ISO and ESG documentation ensuring easy accessibility and proper archiving.
- Assist with analyses and maintains processes to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and improvements
- Identify and solve issues related to process mapping and compliance
- Additional tasks as required
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate Degree in IT, Business Management, EHS, or related field preferred but not required
- Prior experience in administrative roles
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of process mapping tools preferred but not required
- Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, or sustainability, with familiarity in ISO and ESG standards preferred but not required

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present information to large and small groups of individuals
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
- Willing to work overtime as deemed necessary by the company
- Willing to travel domestic and international
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
