IT Programmer Intern

GROB is seeking a motivated self-starter who takes direction well.  They must be open and excited to learn new technologies. The position will support the IT team in several different functions such as maintenance of hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, and research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to requests for assistance in person, via phone and email
• Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention
• Track and route problems and document resolutions
• Additional tasks as required

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Must be in the pursuit of a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

General Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• The ability to problem-solve alone and in a team environment
