IT Support Specialist

This position will provide user support on company-supported computer applications and platforms, troubleshoot issues and advise on appropriate actions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for assistance in person, via phone and email
  • Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and document resolutions
  • Install and configure application software and related hardware such as desktops, servers, and printers

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Information Technology
  • Active Directory experience
  • Basic network diagnostic skills

General Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • The ability to problem-solve alone and in a team environment
  • The ability to remain flexible with assignment priorities
