Inside Sales Assistant - Spare Parts

Bluffton, OH, US

This position requires dedication and attention to detail and accuracy.  The position will require processing service & spare part orders and maintaining records. Additionally, the individual will be required to follow up the internal orders to check make sure the dates are according to customer’s expectations, as well as generating reports on open orders for customers. This position will involve correspondence with both internal and external customers.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process Spare Parts orders (Quotations, Orders, Confirmations and Deliveries)
  • Internal process tracking and follow up with other departments
  • Direct communication with customer and internal departments


Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a technical field or relevant work experience
  • Previous parts sales experience preferred


General Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and organization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to handle miscellaneous tasks and work overtime
  • The ability to problem-solve alone and in a team environment
  • The ability to remain flexible with assignment priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially on Excel)
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not required
