Internal Recruiter

This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team to effectively execute all areas of responsibilities including recruitment, creating job postings, interviewing, candidate processing, and other tasks as deemed necessary. This position will be located at our Bluffton, OH office location and is not a remote position.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attract qualified candidates to apply to our Company
  • Create detailed job requisitions overviewing what is expected of the position
  • Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screening candidates for skills, job specifications, experience and background, and overall company culture fit
  • Conduct various forms of interviewing including phone and in-person
  • Establish relationships with candidates, department managers, human resource management, and other hiring managers
  • Lead the interview process and communicate with the managers conducting interviews
  • Manage and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Minimal travel may be required

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Resources; other Business majors accepted
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a recruiting role
  • Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
