Jr. SAP Coordinator

This position is responsible for managing SAP Parameters and correct functionality to ensure ERP is adequate to current business conditions. This individual will detect failures, collaborate with employees in all departments to resolve SAP issues in numerous modules, and drive integrations between SAP and Manufacturing Systems. Vital to this position is the knowledge and understanding of SAP.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose operational issues related to SAP set up and functionality
- Troubleshoot and configure SAP transactions
- Implement system fixes and/or improvements
- Document playbooks related SAP functionality
- Awareness of SAP enhancements
- Ensure processes and projects are consistent with Company policies
- Operate, manage, and monitor the good functionality of SAP
- Interact with all the functional areas for develop and design of the administrative processes for SAP usage
- Define and document processes and transactions for support and the correct usage of SAP
- Identify business and user needs in SAP, develop and present action plans
- Mentor, train, support and solve problems in SAP for the end user in the different departments
- Coordinate access to SAP or required roles for end user to achieve their functions
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Associate Degree in related field
- 2 plus years experience in similar position
- Extensive SAP experience
- Analytic/Data Driven
- Experience with the following SAP Modules: FICO, MM, HR, PP, QM, Project Systems
General Requirements:
- Meticulous/Detail-Oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Willing to travel domestic and international
