On-Site Project Coordinator

The job function will be to support project installations from a technical, commercial, and timing point of view. We expect this individual to have a solid background of our product, update project schedules and be a support contact to the customer for project installations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide the team with deadlines for different stages throughout the project’s installation
- Participate in meetings with the project installation team to answer questions and announce schedule or budget changes
- Maintain an open issues list that tracks all the project issues on-site
- Support making effective changes when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project installation
- Elaboration of customer time schedules
- Project installation review meetings with the customer
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred in Industrial/Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or relevant experience in machine tool industry
- Proficient use of AutoCAD (2012 and higher)
- Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
General Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong math skills and understanding of mechanics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Willing to travel domestic and international
