Project Coordinator

The job function will be to support projects from a technical, commercial, and timing point of view. We expect this individual to have a solid background of our product, to develop supplementary quotes, update program schedules and be a support contact to the customer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide the team with deadlines for different stages throughout the project’s lifecycle
- Participate in meetings with the project team to answer questions and announce schedule or budget changes
- Maintain an open issues list that tracks all the project issues
- Support making effective changes when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Support technical evaluation of the scope of supply at order placement
- Elaboration of customer time schedules
- Analysis of customer inquiries during the program & submittal of supplementary quotes
- Coordination of the project involvement of the key persons on both sites
- Program review meetings with the customer
- Internal job order release in case of a supplementary order through customer
- Support cost management of the project with a project cost book
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to comprehend 2-D drawings / 3D Models
- Proficient use of AutoCAD (2012 and higher)
- Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
General Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong math skills and understanding of mechanics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Willing to travel domestic and international
