Repair Coordinator

The Repair Management will oversee the repair process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction. Managing the open repairs, creating technical reports for customers and preparing quotations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organization skills and a keen attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end repair process, from receiving customer requests to the final delivery of repaired products
- Ensure adherence to repair procedures and turnaround times
- Main point of contact for customers with open repairs
- Generate detailed technical reports supported by the technical areas
- Prepare, process and provide quotations for repairs
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or relevant experience required
- Knowledge of manufacturing process / components
- Experience with repair process and/or customer service
- Familiar with SAP is a plus but not required
- General Requirements:
- Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with little to no supervision
- Ability to work under strict deadline constraints
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Willing to travel domestic and internationally
