Repair Technician

The Repair Center Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of industrial machinery and equipment used in our precision machining processes. They will also be responsible for building new spare part kits for our customers. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment performance, and supporting efficient production.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment according to established schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Replace machine parts as needed, working from blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production supervisors to coordinate repair activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Be task oriented and proactive to continuously get better for yourself and the team
• Assemble parts for machining centers and assembly equipment including automation and electromobility components

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, machining, or a related field preferred..
• 2+ years of experience in machinery repair, preferably in a machining or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, CNC controls, and industrial automation components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic instruments, and precision measuring equipment.
