Runoff Coordinator

This position is responsible for collaborating with GROB management, employees, and customers to ensure efficient and well-organized runoffs for various customers and products. The individual should have the ability to work independently and must have strong communication skills as they will interface with customers directly.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review status of products prior to runoffs with customers to ensure items are closed or in process
  • Communicate with customers during runoffs to review pertinent information
  • Close all open issues after customer runoff is complete
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team as needed
  • Work with other department to ensure accuracy of machine tagging
  • Collaborate with management to ensure machines are ready to be disassembled
  • Assist with machine tagging as needed
  • Assist with capturing videos of machines in operation before and/or during runoffs

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Understanding of drawings, schematics and troubleshooting is a plus
  • Previous experience with assembly equipment and robotic cells preferred

 

General Requirements:

  • Self-motivated; able to work alone or in a team
  • Full understanding of the metric system
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not required
