Spare Parts and Service Foreman

The Spare Parts and Service Foreman will oversee the spare parts and service process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for technically supporting the inside sales team and interacting with various departments to ensure all customer requests are addressed properly. This individual will also be responsible for developing the quality improvement process. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organization skills and a keen attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the spare parts (quotations and sales order) & service (quotations) process
• Technically support answering questions and work with different areas to find solutions for customers RFQ
• Be responsible to address machine down situations and HOT items needed from customers
• Identify and provide ideas to improve the current process and create new ones

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or relevant experience required
• Understanding of drawings and schematics
• Previous machining experience preferred
• Experience managing a group of technicians
• SAP experience is preferred but not required

• General Requirements:
• Self-motivated
• Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with little to no supervision

• Ability to work under strict deadline constraints
• Proficient organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Willing to travel domestic and internationally
