Universal Machines Project Manager

The job function will be to manage projects from a technical, commercial, and timing point of view. We expect this individual to have a solid background of our product, to develop supplementary quotes on its own and to update program schedules and be the lead point of contact to the customer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide the team with deadlines for different stages throughout the project’s lifecycle
- Participate in meetings with the project team to answer questions and announce schedule or budget changes
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective changes when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Technical evaluation of the scope of supply at order placement
- Elaboration of customer Time Schedules
- Analysis of customer inquiries during the program & submittal of supplementary quotes
- Coordination of the project involvement of the key persons on both sites
- Program review meetings with the customer
- Internal Job order release in case of order through customer
- Cost Management of the project with a project cost book
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in or related to one of the fields below:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Industrial, OR Automation Engineering
- Accounting / Finance / Economics
- Business Administration
- Statistics / Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Information Systems / IT / CS
- Ability to comprehend 2-D drawings / 3D Models
- Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
General Requirements:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented.
- Strong math skills and understanding of mechanics
- Willingness and ability to learn new software [Autocad, 3D design, quotations, data analytics, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps)]
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Willing to travel domestic and international as needed
